My focus

I work with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, perfectionism, and life transitions, including geriatrics. I guide clients healing from abusive relationships and divorce. I also help those with alcohol use disorders using The Sinclair Method.

I adopt an eclectic, collaborative style using a trauma-informed approach to meet you where you are. I establish a safe, calm, and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood.

My journey to mental healthcare

As a mother of two disabled children, I quickly learned that I needed help to navigate life and create a meaningful existence for my children and me. I learned that I have a gift for relating to people and helping them overcome challenges. Therefore, I switched careers from a teacher to a counselor, realizing that it is my passion.
