I enjoy helping couples find spontaneity in their relationships again, supporting folks who want to manage anxiety before it has a chance to take over, and assisting families who may be coping with major life changes.

My journey to mental healthcare

As the spouse of a Desert Storm Veteran in long-term recovery from addiction and PTSD, I support civilian and military families. With nine adult children and fifteen grandchildren between us, we've weathered all the challenges blended families bring.

Some folks see therapy as a one-sided conversation with limited opportunities to experience each other as real people. I can promise you I'm as real as it gets! I want to assist you in pursuing whatever solutions and life changes you are looking for while enjoying the process as much as possible.

Our first session

Clients can expect an in-depth clinical interview and assessment during their first visit. I will really take the time to listen to you, hear you, and figure out where you want to go. I am your GPS, but you must tell me where we are going on this journey.
