I am passionate about helping children, adolescents, and adults. I enjoy working with a varied range of clients who benefit from my creative therapies that include behavioral and cognitive approaches. I work with clients presenting with depression, anxiety, ADHD, adjustment disorders, grief, and trauma.

I utilize a varied range of therapeutic approaches to address anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, and other concerns. My counseling services are tailored to meet your specific needs, with the goal of helping you develop practical tools and insights to navigate life's challenges and find relief.

My approach is collaborative and client-centered. Working together, we'll figure out how to get you from where you are to where you want to be. As a client, you will know that I am compassionate and I provide a welcoming environment that provides support, guidance, and expertise, which allows for your personal growth and mental wellness.

My journey to mental healthcare

Being a military spouse, I had the opportunity to observe firsthand the challenges that the soldiers, spouses, and families experienced daily, especially during deployments. The desire to assist in relieving anxiety and other stressors led me to become a therapist. Making a positive impact on the lives of others continues to motivate me.

A collaborative approach is used to help clients set smart, meaningful goals that result in the client feeling empowered, hopeful, and resourced to move through life joyfully after goal attainment.

During our first session, we will explore your why for seeking therapy and your expectations. It is also an opportunity for us to get to know each other, so we are able to collaboratively begin to set goals to help you on your journey to wellness.
