I have experience working with young adults with anxiety, stress, and depression. I use a variety of modalities such as CBT, DBT, or MI to help my clients make progress toward their goals.

I have experience working with many different age groups and mental health diagnoses including depression, anxiety, and Bipolar disorder. I work with each client to help them understand their symptoms and find ways to cope.

My approach to therapy is very client-centered and focused. I meet each client where they are and help them set realistic goals for themselves and work to achieve them.

My communication style is calm and welcoming. I am open and want to make sure my clients feel comfortable and understood so they can get the most out of therapy.

My journey to mental healthcare

I wanted to be a therapist because the resilience of humans is incredible. People can go through hard times but still have the ability to come out the other side. I love seeing that part of humanity.
