Many of the individuals I support struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, relationship stress, and major life transitions. My therapeutic style blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with mindfulness and insight-building practices.

My approach blends strengths-based therapy with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). That means we will gently explore thought patterns, emotional responses, and behaviors that may be keeping you stuck while also identifying your existing strengths and resilience.
