Hi there, I'm Tajha!

Do you feel you’ve lost a sense of yourself while navigating life’s challenges, stuck in survival mode due to anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as unhealthy relationships and coping patterns? Together, we work on emotional regulation tools, healing, and building healthy relationships so you can feel grounded, resilient, and self-led again.

My focus

Tajha works with women, who may appear successful on the outside but feel emotionally disconnected, stuck, or overwhelmed on the inside. I support individuals healing from trauma, navigating the aftermath of abusive or chaotic relationships, struggling with anxiety or depression, and trying to rebuild a sense of self.

My approach

Empathic, compassionate, and client-centered, while also being straightforward, grounded in respect. We work collaboratively to understand your unique experiences, needs, and goals. Using integrative approaches that are practical, evidence-based strategies to build insight, emotional regulation, and meaningful behavior change.
