My communication style

I am a good listener. I am very empathetic and supportive. I try to make sure the client feels comfortable and that they are in a safe place. My tone is positive and uplifting. My demeanor is calm and caring.

My journey to mental healthcare

Having had many difficult times throughout my life, I sought help through therapy. My therapist helped me to be a better person. I became a therapist to help others like I was helped. I believe in "passing it on". It brings me extreme joy when I can help someone learn to become the person they were always meant to be.

My goals for you

You'll notice you're becoming more positive in your thoughts. You'll have more confidence and be willing to take steps to improve the things in your life that are troubling you. You'll be proud of your accomplishments.

Our first session

In the first session, be ready to share valuable information about yourself. The more you share, the better we can devise a plan to help you achieve success. The session will be calm, positive, and comfortable.
