Hi there, I'm Giovanni!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with teens, adults, and couples with ongoing challenges with depression, anxiety, and relationship difficulties. My goal is to help you stop dwelling on negative thoughts and start encouraging you to see that healing and transformation are possible.

Sessions provide space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and goals in a nonjudgmental environment where you can be yourself. There isn't a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Our sessions will fit your specific needs and concerns, allowing you to figure things out and explore the direction you want to take your life.
