My journey into mental healthcare began with a deep passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. With 14 years of nursing experience across diverse settings—including inpatient hospitals, crisis centers, addiction clinics, and outpatient care—I witnessed firsthand the impact of mental health on overall well-being.

My goals for you

I take a collaborative and individualized approach to goal setting, ensuring that each patient’s unique needs, strengths, and challenges are considered. I work closely with patients to identify realistic, measurable, and meaningful goals that align with their personal values and treatment aspirations.

Our first session

During the first session, patients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where they can openly discuss their concerns. I take the time to gather a comprehensive medical and psychiatric history, explore current symptoms, and understand the patient’s goals for treatment.
