My communication style

Don't you hate it when you go into a place of business, and you feel like you're just another transaction to them? I know I do! There are two main objectives for our first session. The most important thing is for you to feel comfortable and listened to. My job is to create a safe and comfortable therapeutic space.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always been drawn to Psychology, the study of the human mind. I have always been curious about what drives our behaviors. In my 20s and 30s, that's when I started my academic journey in Psychology, Sociology, and Counseling. I realize there is so much untapped human potential that is deeply hidden within ourselves, in our brain/mind!

My goals for you

Goal setting can be difficult, especially at first. As you identify where you are in life versus where you would like to be, it will be easier to start having that sense of direction, and that's how we start goal-setting, by first calibrating the compass of direction. The rest is broken down into manageable steps that make progress.
