I have experience working with clients presenting with various challenges, such as grief therapy, anger management, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, anxiety, and depression.
My approach
I use Solution-Focused and Person-Centered integrative approaches to help my clients achieve mental wellness. I also have significant experience with CBT and DBT. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to grow their interpersonal skills.
