My communication style

I feel it is most important to create an environment that feels safe and supportive and allows for clear, open, and honest communication. As a provider, it is essential that I practice active listening, which will allow space for reflection and growth.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have had the privilege of supporting people in some of their most challenging times, and I am always in awe of how resilient and courageous people are when given the space to be seen and heard. Therapy allows a space to lean in and acknowledge the struggle/pain but also build skills that allow positive change, growth, healing, and peace.

My goals for you

When we begin our work together, we will have a treatment planning session that will allow us to explore needs and set goals. As we work together and adjust our plan at any time to ensure it’s always meaningful and relevant to you.

Our first session

The focus of our first session will be building rapport and trust as we get to know each other and setting goals for care.
