I began counseling after retiring as a school principal in 2017. I enjoy working with individuals, families, and couples, and feel comfortable with both adults and juveniles.

I work with both juvenile and adult clients of all ethnicities and any socio-economic status. I have extensive experience with individual, family, and couples counseling.
My approach
As a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, I believe that our perception of an event is more important than the event itself. Our perception guides our behavior, and that behavior creates the interactions we have with other people. By changing the perception of events, a person can truly change his/ her life.
