I’ll help you stay accountable while celebrating the small wins that lead to bigger change. I help guide, but you hold the power of where you want to go.

Our first session

Our first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll talk about what brought you here, what’s been weighing on you, and what you hope to get out of therapy. There’s no pressure. It’s simply a conversation where we start mapping out what healing can look like for you.
