Our first session will consist of us getting to know each other and discussing the reasons you are seeking treatment. You can expect a relaxed, open conversation where you are free to share as much, or as little, as you are comfortable with. Together, we will develop a plan that aligns with your needs, pacing ourselves based on your comfort.
