I use an eclectic, client-centered approach, combining evidence-based therapies including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-informed care, Solution Focused, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Interpersonal Psychotherapy.
