Hi there, I'm Travis!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My approach to therapy is that of being strength-based, and my goal is to make you your own mental warrior!

My focus

I work with clients starting at age 12, families, couples, and individuals facing daily stressors, toxic stress, and trauma.

My approach

Looking at life through an existential lens, getting to the root cause of our troubles releases us from traumas, triggers, and frustrations. Implementing somatic psychotherapy allows the body to manage and process stress. The combination creates an awareness of self and life that is liberating.

My communication style

I will be there with you along the way, practicing coping skills, working through relationship and communication struggles. Challenges will be presented that are tailored to you and your life, as well as a safe and encouraging environment.

My journey to mental healthcare

Becoming a therapist was ignited when I was a troubled kid. Though I did not want to go to therapy, it puzzled me how my therapist would get me to talk about all kinds of things! After enlisting in the Navy and becoming a civilian again, the joy and love of therapy was reignited.
