My communication style

I want to create a calm and approachable setting for all clients. A place where they can feel safe and able to communicate freely without judgment.

My journey to mental healthcare

As a child who moved a lot with a military family, I learned that some seasons of life can be hard to navigate, but by having a support system, they can become manageable. I want to help children and their families while going through seasons of transition and change. Learning tools to help move through the process.

My goals for you

I work with the client to create a common set of goals that are attainable in a timely manner.

Our first session

During our first session, I get to know the client and their history. We create goals and set a timeline of how we can complete our goals.
