I am an active listener who validates your feelings. I'm open and honest, answering any questions you have. I maintain a calm demeanor and don't shy away from anything presented in therapy, even extreme situations.

My journey to mental healthcare

My wife and I began counseling others after our own marriage transformation. People noticed the change and wanted what we had. Our mentor encouraged us to pursue professional training. I count it a privilege to serve others in this capacity.

My goals for you

I help clients to reach their goals by listening closely and hearing what is important to them. Each person will have specific goals to be met, and they are not my goals for them, but what they desire to achieve. I use the best of research-based psychology, along with therapies that the client will feel comfortable doing.

Our first session

The first session is relaxed and focused on information-sharing. The more I understand your issue and how it affects you, the better I can help. We'll discuss your goals, how to achieve them, and whether I might be a good fit for you.
