Life can be overwhelming and stressful! Day-to-day tasks can steal your peace and joy. My background and experiences include living firsthand some of the misfortunes that come from growing up… and just being a part of this world.

My focus

I work with all ages within the family unit who have experienced different challenges at different stages of their lives. I strongly believe that setbacks do not define someone, but instead, the overcoming of an obstacle turns them into a stronger person or family unit.

My goal is to incorporate a variety of techniques to meet the needs of each client, face setbacks, and identify what could be holding them back.

I strive to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to explore the stories that shape your life. I ask thoughtful questions, offer reflections without judgment, and work alongside you to uncover your values and strengths.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always been a great listener. Observing and learning human psychology has been fascinating. I often tell my clients that therapy is like dumping their puzzle pieces and taking the time to see what pieces are missing and then to discover where they might have left that piece.

I will start by inviting you to share what brought you in. You don't need to have everything figured out. The goal is to begin understanding your story, your concerns, and what you're hoping for from therapy. We will go over privacy and confidentiality so you know what to expect and can feel safe opening up.
