My greatest joy as a therapist is helping a client overcome challenges that get in the way of being mentally and emotionally healthy. If you have anxiety, difficulty overcoming setbacks, problems with food/eating, or a history of childhood trauma, I'd love to help.
My focus
I truly love working with clients who have a complex trauma history, disordered eating, issues with trust and communication in relationships, an avoidant attachment style, or feelings of emptiness.
My approach
I typically use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) approach in helping clients. But more importantly, I will work with you where you are in this process.
