Hi there, I'm Rachel!

Rachel provides clinical astute and faith-integrated telehealth counseling in Texas and Washington, specializing in trauma, anxiety, depression, and maternal/paternal mental health. She has a particular focus on marriages at every stage — from premarital preparation, to infidelity recovery, to empty nest transitions.

My focus

My ideal client is a Christian who wants their faith to be apart of their healing journey. Whether they are walking through infidelity, medical challenges, a loss of trust in God, trauma, or life transitions, it is my privilege to come alongside them and support them. Christ-Centered and Clinically-Informed.

It is my heart to build a collaborative alliance with you where you felt seen, heard, and challenged to grow and heal.

My communication style

It depends on what the client is facing. I seek to be attuning, warm, and direct. I am not a straight faced, stoic therapist, by any means.

My journey to mental healthcare

I love people. Since I was young I have told that I am a good listener and that people feel seen, heard, known, and valued by me. It's no secret why: Because I genuinely want to provide the support they need to gain healing and I care deeply about their well-being.

We will establish goals upfront, create a treatment course that best suites them, and check in periodically as we complete those goals.

Our first session

The first half of the session is reviewing intake paperwork, talking through the outcomes of their assessments, and collaborating on what their desired outcomes are from our sessions together. Then, I jump right into what they are currently facing.
