Hi there, I'm Nicole!

I work with people navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, mood disorders, and Borderline Personality Disorder, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community. My goal is to help you gain insight into what's affecting your life and develop ways to overcome these obstacles and regain wellness.

I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, and adults facing trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, mood disorders like Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, and issues specific to the LGBTQIA+ community.

I create a safe, supportive, judgment-free space where I truly listen and hear you. I draw from DBT, CBT, and trauma-informed therapy, using an eclectic mix of techniques tailored to your needs. Together, we'll work collaboratively toward your treatment goals.

My communication style

My virtual office is a safe place where clients come to speak openly and freely about the things going on in their lives. Sessions are a place of support, and are genuinely driven by my strong sense of empathy and understanding. My office is a place you will know is safe and judgment-free.

My journey to mental healthcare

My path to becoming a therapist began with my own struggles and poor-fit therapists who didn't listen. Having overcome extreme difficulties myself, I'm driven to be the therapist who truly hears you and helps guide you through your journey.

My goal is to improve your quality of life. We'll set goals collaboratively, with you defining what matters most. If you need a helping hand in identifying those goals, I'll be there to support you as we develop your treatment plan together.
