I'm here to help you make sense of what's happening in your life. My work centers on life transitions—the confusion, chaos, and growth they bring. Big shifts like a breakup, move, diagnosis, or loss can spark anxiety, depression, or a feeling that things aren't right. My goal is to help you find your footing again.
My focus
I work best with people done pretending everything's fine. You don't need it figured out—just be willing to show up and be real. Maybe you're burnt out, stuck in patterns, or tired of anxiety or depression running the show. As a veteran, I have extensive experience with LGBTQIA+ clients, including gender-affirming care. You're welcome here.
My approach
I often begin with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns. If it doesn't feel right, we'll explore other modalities. This is collaborative, and I encourage open communication about what's working. We'll pull from DBT, CPT, Prolonged Exposure, or Unified Protocol to create treatment that fits you.
