My journey to mental healthcare

I became a counselor because I once felt unheard, isolated, and unsure of where to turn. Witnessing the stigma around trauma, substance use, and painful experiences inspired me to create the caring, judgment‑free space that I and those around me needed, so others wouldn’t have to feel so alone.

My goals for you

We set goals collaboratively by exploring what matters most to you and identifying small, sustainable steps that support long‑term growth. I help you break down overwhelming challenges into manageable pieces while celebrating progress along the way. Our work is flexible and responsive, adjusting as your needs and strengths evolve.

Our first session

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other, explore what brought you in, and talk about what you hope to gain from therapy. You can expect a calm, welcoming environment where you set the pace and nothing is rushed. Together, we’ll begin shaping a path forward that feels safe, collaborative, and aligned with your goals.
