I help adults make sense of patterns that keep showing up in their relationships, their parenting, and their inner world. My work is rooted in trauma awareness, attachment, and cultural identity, and I care a lot about creating a space where you can be fully yourself, not “the polished version.”

I work with adults navigating trauma, identity, relationships, ADHD, & healing while parenting. If you feel stuck in repeating patterns, overwhelmed by responsibility, or exhausted from trying to manage everything, I offer a collaborative space to slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and create meaningful, sustainable change.

My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and practical. We look at patterns in your relationships, parenting, and self-talk, understand where they began, and gently work toward change that feels aligned with your values.
