I’m a French and American LCSW in Texas, experienced in supporting clients through ADHD, anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, couple issues, and life transitions. I believe in everyone’s potential for growth and create a warm, non-judgmental space to explore emotions and foster meaningful change.

I work with teens, adults, and couples. I specialize in couples therapy and treat anxiety, depression, postpartum depression, mood disorders, self-esteem issues, anger issues, life transitions, and borderline personality disorder.
My approach
I use Person-Centered Therapy to create a supportive environment, along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused, and Strength-Based approaches. For couples, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy and The Gottman Method to help partners reconnect and communicate more effectively.
