My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into psychotherapy has been rooted in my education and training, which were purposefully selected based on my passion to help and understand how people recover from trauma. My work throughout my education and training has brought me into contact with different styles of therapeutic recovery, such as couples therapy.

My goals for you

Clients are encouraged to develop goals related to specific outcomes in their lives. Goals are related to mental health symptom management, relationship functioning, health, and vocational and/or educational aspirations. A variety of psychotherapeutic methods are utilized to help clients reach goals.

Our first session

During the first session, there is a large focus on hearing and understanding why you are seeking help at this time. The focus is on beginning to build a working relationship based on your current needs. In addition, there is a focus on information gathering to develop a plan of action.
