My approach is humanistic, personal, and problem-focused. I use various therapeutic approaches depending on client needs, including cognitive behavioral, trauma-focused CBT, ACT, reality therapy, interpersonal, and positive psychology. I work with depression, anxiety, OCD, and other mental health concerns in adults, teenagers, and couples.

My journey to mental healthcare

I came from a dysfunctional family. I had mental health issues as a young woman, and when I sought therapy for myself, I discovered that I had a lot to learn about having better coping skills to become the person I wanted to be.
