Hi there, I'm Victoria!

I love working with adults who are looking to feel better about themselves and who they are as a parent. The goal is always to help my clients achieve the outcome they set out to achieve and maybe gain even more than expected.

My focus

I'm here to serve women with young kids who are feeling tired of the exhaustion and emptiness they've become so good at hiding. My clients love to feel needed by their families and watch their little ones grow, but want to know how they can be present for their family without sacrificing their joy.

My approach

I take an energetic approach to figure out which method works for each individual, whether that's quick-paced and driven or a more spacious and deep-rooted focus. I find that using a mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy method strikes a great balance for decreasing stress and anxiety while also increasing long-term peace and joy.
