In the grand scheme of things, are you trying to figure out who you are, who you want to be, or how you even got here? In particular, are you a woman who's trying to make sense of your current life... which could include things like motherhood, dating/partnership, or mommy/daddy issues? Let's tackle all of these things together.

My approach

My approach is hugely client-centered. Even though we all share commonalities, there is only one you. Honoring your individuality is important, and my goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore your experiences, thoughts, and feelings openly.

My communication style

I want to hear all the details, so SPILL IT. That's how I'm able to best understand you and your experience of the world around you. When reflecting on what you have chosen to share with me, conveying warmth and empathy (with a bit of humor/sarcasm when appropriate) is important to how I show you for you, therapeutically.

My journey to mental healthcare

During a moment of feeling professionally unfulfilled, I asked myself, "What are most passionate about?' The answer was simple and as clear as day. I am most passionate about the individual relationships built and the trust bestowed upon me. Therapeutic trust is of the highest honor. I do not take that honor lightly.

My goals for you

The experiences that bring each person to therapy vary, but the most common goal is usually simply to feel better. The smaller things that need to be worked on to reach that major goal are what we will focus on.
