I have dedicated my career to mental health treatment. It is critical to take care of the mind as well as the body for wellness. I am an empathetic provider focused on the individual needs of the client.

My goals for you

I am a practitioner dedicated to guiding the client toward positive outcomes in mental health through evidence-based practice and education.

Our first session

I will introduce myself, then focus on your needs by listening to you. An intake assessment will be completed. Mental health diagnosis will be developed, and a plan of care will be completed. Client education will be provided, and any questions you may have will be answered.
