I have helped people find positive ways to connect with themselves and their past, with their partners and children, and with their world. I work with people of all ages and use primarily a Rogerian approach, where I meet you where you are and follow your lead in how we progress in our journey together.
My focus
My style and approach are a good fit for children, adolescents, parents, families, couples, and adults. We all can experience stress, depression, anxiety, and hopelessness. I help people with these feelings by listening and then teaching coping skills to feel better and develop a more positive perspective.
My approach
I vary the therapeutic techniques in our work together based on your needs and goals in each visit. I frequently practice these therapeutic approaches: cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, play, art, sand-tray, music, and adventure-based family therapy.
