I have a deep passion for supporting individuals facing mental health challenges, especially those from marginalized and underserved communities. My therapeutic approach is rooted in mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy, offering practical tools for healing and personal growth.
My focus
I work with clients managing anxiety, depression, and emotional dysregulation, including worry, panic, avoidance, low motivation, negative self-talk, rumination, feeling overwhelmed, difficulty sleeping, poor boundaries, and impulsivity. I assess properly, individualize treatment, and encourage self-compassion.
My approach
I use CBT to help you identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors to develop healthier patterns. Mindfulness teaches present moment awareness and acceptance without judgment, helping you observe thoughts and feelings without reacting impulsively.
