I deliver an eclectic application of Parent Management Training, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused approaches with a person-centered focus in the here and now. I work with children, adolescents, and adults on life's stressors, behavioral challenges, trauma, and mood concerns.

I prioritize clear, open communication to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment. I practice active listening and will give you opportunities to reflect on your experiences with me as an empathetic partner. If we’re working through something challenging, you can expect me to be calm and patient.
