Hi there, I'm Catherine!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and owner of Haven of the Phoenix Counseling. I provide compassionate, nonjudgmental support for those navigating trauma, substance misuse, and life’s challenges. My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change.

My focus

I work with adults who are struggling with the lasting effects of trauma, difficult relationships, substance misuse, anxiety, and life experiences that continue to impact their emotional well-being. I provide a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space to explore those patterns to work toward healing and meaningful change.

My approach

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I work with you to understand the experiences and patterns affecting your life while using evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, IFS, DBT, ACT, and attachment-focused therapy. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels safe and meaningful.
