Life can feel heavy or empty - even when everything seems fine on the outside. Often, past experiences imprinted in our nervous system shape how we think, feel and respond. I help people process relational trauma and resolve emotional and physical symptoms that goes along with it, restoring calm, resilience, connection, and a sense of fulfillment.

Struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, OCD, or nervous system hyperarousal? I work with adults 18+ navigating relational trauma and the emotional and physical patterns that often accompany it, such as chronic pain, inflammation, sleep issues, allergies, teeth clenching, and more.
My approach
My work integrates psychotherapy, deep nervous system and subconscious work, neuroscience, and CBT. I take a trauma-informed, compassion-based, holistic approach that attends to the mental, physical, mind, and spiritual dimensions. Together, we explore past experiences and safely heal emotional and somatic patterns.
