I work via telehealth with adults and adolescents throughout the state. My specialties are trauma, anxiety, and depression. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is the main approach I use to help my clients work through the issues that are troubling them, so they can begin to feel better as quickly as possible.
My focus
Most of my clients are adults or teens who have experienced trauma that has led to depression, anxiety, or post-traumatic stress. By helping you uncover where distressing feelings originated and teaching specific coping strategies, I guide you to a place of confidence and calm, knowing you can handle life stressors in a healthy, positive way.
My approach
My approach is based on each client's unique needs. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy because both allow us to form a partnership to achieve your desired outcome.
