My journey to mental healthcare

My career in therapy started in college when others came to talk to me about their worries and relationship issues, as I provided a caring, supportive space for them during difficult times. This led me to pursue and obtain degrees in Behavioral Science and Social Work, where I have worked with individuals and groups in finding practical strategies.
