My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist was shaped by a deep curiosity about human behavior and a genuine desire to help others navigate life’s challenges. I’ve always been a bookaholic, spending much of my free time reading and reflecting on how I can help those who suffer from life’s difficulties.

In my approach to goal setting, I work collaboratively with clients to identify their unique needs, values, and aspirations. Together, we establish clear, achievable goals that are aligned with their personal growth and therapeutic journey. I use a solution-focused approach, where we break down larger goals into smaller, manageable steps.

Our first session

During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and non-judgmental environment where the focus is on building rapport and establishing a strong therapeutic relationship. I will take time to get to know the client, understanding their background, experiences, and the concerns that brought them to therapy.
