I enjoy working with teenagers and young adults as well as couples. I am most competent in dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, anger, trauma, and relationship distress.
My approach
I use a variety of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solutions-Focused therapy to help my clients walk in freedom. I enjoy teaching my clients tools they can use in their everyday lives to live more fully and present.
