My approach is very client-centered. The main focus of my practice has been personal relations, including navigating personal relationships, relationship loss, divorce, and even issues involving difficulties in forming close relationships.

Most of my clients have relationship issues, including interpersonal relationship issues, relationship loss, such as grief or divorce, or difficulties forming good interpersonal relationships. Many focus on destructive relationships, such as those involving infidelity or narcissistic partners.
My approach
My approach to therapy depends on the client and the issues we are dealing with at the time. Theoretical approaches I frequently use include CBT, Client-centered therapy, Gestalt therapy, Solution-focused therapy, Grief Therapy, Trauma therapy, and Attachment Theory.
