I work with teens through older adults who are struggling with a broad range of issues that may be keeping them from enjoying life, including anxiety, depression, chronic illness, and grief and loss.

My approach

My approach to therapy is to meet the clients where they are and work with them by incorporating aspects of different modalities, such as Acceptance and Commitment, Cognitive Behavioral, and mindfulness.

My communication style

My communication style is open, personable, honest, and non-judgmental. I want my clients to have a space where they feel comfortable talking about anything.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I realized that people felt comfortable talking to me about their problems, whether I would just listen and offer feedback. I enjoy helping people navigate their obstacles in life, as well as promoting mental health and well-being.

My goals for you

My approach to goal setting with clients starts with helping the client determine what they would like to accomplish. Over time, I will work with the client to set goals and review their progress.

Our first session

The first session with me will be spent building a foundation for the therapy relationship. I will ask questions about why the client is seeking therapy, the current situation, and past experiences. This will help me determine how to move forward, as every client is different and requires an individualized plan.
