I have worked with a wide variety of populations dealing with stress, self-esteem, anger, depression, PTSD, grief, and relationship challenges. I have worked with students at risk, professionals feeling burned out, inmates, and military members. I am comfortable working with any client struggling with these challenges.

My approach is strength-based and client-centered. I invest time in learning the modalities that will best suit you. I believe the core of effective therapy is true connection, respect, and trust. I utilize CBT, Narrative and Solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed practices.
