I am passionate about working with adolescents, adults, and couples, supporting them through communication challenges, life transitions, identity development, and building stronger, healthier relationships.

My focus

I work primarily with adolescents, adults, and couples. For adolescents/adults, I support them in navigating identity, self-esteem, stress, and life transitions in a safe, understanding space. For couples, I help improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen emotional connection, fostering healthier and more fulfilling relationships.

My approach

My approach to therapy is holistic and collaborative, blending mindfulness practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and person-centered techniques. I create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and understood, while helping them build practical skills to manage stress, improve communication, and foster personal growth.
