I'm passionate about walking alongside individuals through their most difficult and transformative seasons.

My focus

I specialize in working with children ages 6–12, teens, adolescents, and adults who are navigating challenges related to ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, family dynamics, and relationship issues.

My approach

In our work together, I help clients take ownership of their experiences, regulate emotions, strengthen relationships, and uncover new paths forward. My approach is rooted in compassion and respect, using solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Mindfulness therapy, and person-centered therapy.

My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you or your child feels truly seen, heard, and supported.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to counseling started when I was in counseling. I learned at an early age how important it was to have someone walk alongside you when things were tough or hard to manage. An educator also allowed me to see the disconnect our children had with their emotions and mental well-being.

My goals for you

I measure the growth of my clients through SMART goals collaboratively made in the treatment plan, progress measuring tools, session progress notes, client self-reflections, and counselor observations.
