My communication style

My communication style is sincere, honest, and direct. I practice with the approach that meets people where they are and challenges them to grow beyond their current state. At times, this will appear to be difficult. However, it will be much more difficult to avoid the problem.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist to help people in their time of need and ultimately aid in the process of becoming their best and true selves. I am able to create personal comfort and confidence to assist people in accepting and securing the change they are seeking.

My goals for you

Therapy goals include improving functioning, mood, and overall happiness, learning to manage symptoms, and living a more fruitful life. This may include speaking directly to friends, family, or co-workers to manage anxiety and depression, display a more confident disposition, and empower you to be your true self.

Our first session

The first session addresses the presenting problem, forms a treatment plan meeting your needs, understands your life experiences, and covers administrative aspects. Attention is placed on honoring your reason for coming and obtaining strategies that can be immediately implemented.
