I believe therapy is about empowerment -helping you build new skills, gain clarity, and confidently move toward your goals. You are the expert on your life- I’m here to support you with tools, perspective, and space.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into therapy has been shaped by a diverse career across community health, juvenile justice, school systems, and now private practice. I've always been drawn to the process of transformation—watching clients discover their voice, reclaim their power, and create lives grounded in authenticity and purpose.

I approach goal setting as a collaborative, flexible process guided by your values - not just the stressors you are navigating. Whether you're seeking emotional relief, deeper intimacy, or a stronger sense of self, we’ll work together to define realistic goals. These goals will be rooted in your values and aligned with the life you want to create.

Our first session

Our first session is all about connection. We’ll focus on building a foundation of trust, exploring what brought you to therapy, and giving you space to share at your own pace. It’s a chance for you to get a feel for my style- and for me to begin understanding your world. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out.
