My communication style

Patients describe my communication style as warm, respectful, and easy to connect with. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals can feel heard, understood, and supported. Sessions are professional but relaxed, helping patients feel comfortable opening up and engaging in their care.

My goals for you

I work collaboratively with patients to identify realistic and meaningful goals that align with their values and daily lives. We regularly revisit goals to celebrate progress and adjust our approach as needed. My aim is to help patients build insight and take achievable steps toward better functioning and improved quality of life.

Our first session

During the first session, we will review your history, current concerns, and any past treatments. I’ll ask questions to understand your symptoms and what you hope to achieve through care. You can expect a respectful, thorough conversation that sets the foundation for a personalized treatment plan. This takes about 45 minutes to 60 minutes.
