I provide a supportive space where you can better understand what's happening in your life and develop tools to feel more confident and grounded.

I work with men and women who are coping with stress. life changes, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and burnout. Some are experiencing grief and loss, work stress, family stress, as well as emotional regulation and personal growth challenges.
My approach
My therapeutic approach combines practical coping strategies with a deeper understanding of patterns that may keep you stuck. We'll find healthier ways to respond to less stress. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to develop healthier thinking patterns, Mindfulness for response awareness, and Interpersonal Therapy for relationship patterns.
